Very good tray for my ford ranger. This is my second tray and I’m just as happy with the product from the first day I bought my first tray.Recently I wanted to replace my locking pins which was as easy as one phone call… they were then posted out to me immediately. Great customer service.

Tip Top supplied and fitted our company Ute with an upgraded alloy tray, extended length, extended height sides, Front and back ladder racks, trundle draw, side steps, flip down side steps, water tank, rope box, roof racks and side tie down rails.All products are of high quality and had no issues with the order or fitting.The internal tie down rails in the tray were a lot more heavy duty than I imagined which is great as we now use them every day for heavy load tie down points.This sort of fit out is just as or if not more important than the vehicle itself, Tip Tops equipment turn this Ute into a versatile work horse.After purchase service was amazing. I recently phoned Tip Top to ask where I could buy a part that I had broken on the end of the support rail for the tarp. They not only offered to send me one, but sent 4 spares plus rivets at no cost.well done to Tip Top, you do not expect this kind of service today.

The best quality Alloy trays on the market. Five years after installation I took my ute back there to get the Trundle tray handle replaced after my apprentice snapped it off. I expected to pay whatever it cost to fix, but they said there was no charge as they would do it under warranty. I explained that it wasn't due to the parts failing it was due to the apprentice forcing it and breaking it and they were still happy to cover it.Again I still believe these are the best trays on the market.

I ended up with a Tip Top Tradesman tray as the “genuine”was not available when the vehicle landed ,after a visit to Tip Top in Edwardstown Adelaide it was obvious that their trays were of a far superior quality than the “genuine” in every way ,I added one of their brilliant trundle tray drawers and side steps . The service and,advice from Steve and the crew at Edwardstown was most helpful I would recommend the Tip Top product to anyone looking for quality and service that is hard to find these days
