During the school holidays, one of our vet’s 2 children attended one of the Parrots for Purpose Children’s Workshops. Highly recommended! It was such a fantastic, hands-on experience for the kids that they’re already asking to go to the next one, next school holidays. This is such a wonderful program that has changed so many lives for the better, what an amazing idea! ❤️

Michael and the team at Parrots for Purpose are wonderful people who care for both birds and other people! The work they do is outstanding, and the education they provide kids with their workshops is nothing short of fabulous. A great organisation every one should support!

A life long friend.. my daughter Dakota was diganosed with ASD which heavily impacted her life, After meeting Michael and my daughters love of animals we went into his Ashmore sanctuary which has honestly changed her life. Michael listened to how her life was impacted daily, and he introduced us to this little green clumsy ball of feathers (just weaned little female Indian ringneck) my daughter called her Paris, with the bond growing between them Dakotas confidence to try new things grew too. This has transformed her ability to learn and participate in daily life with confidence from her little feather friend who is now no longer clumsy, this has shown Dakota that learning is difficult, we learn in many ways and it takes time to grow into our wings
