Bought a folding e-bike online that isn’t a common model and other bike shops refused to service it. Quick Aces Drive however happily serviced it on the spot. I’m new to bikes and wasn’t exactly sure what was needed, but they helped me identify things that needed to be done and things which weren’t needed, taught me how to do a bit of maintenance myself, and charged a very reasonable price (much lower than other shops quote for bike servicing). Will definitely come back here!

I took my 80 year old Mother who still rides, but now rides ebikes, the ebikes they have are made for easy riding with full suspension and big comfortable seat. We were looked after by Andy who Treated her with great respect, we worked out a delivery price to Ballarat and he delivered the bike the next day. He also customised a few bits to suit her wants. Thank you again
