Purchased a pair of sbd knee sleeves, decided they weren't for me after wearing once for a set of squats. Contacted them about returning them for a refund, which was denied. Be careful about getting sizing correct, refund policy isn’t flexible.

Excellent customer service. I have ordered from them a few times now, my most recent purchase I was sent the wrong product unfortunately. However upon notifying them I was promptly refunded with no issues or argument. Shipping is quick and reliable. Would do, and have done, business with again.

Ordered a paid of knee sleeves 2 weeks ago. as I was putting them on before doing my lifts for the first time they broke and the stitching came apart all the way.

Brought the SBD lever powerlifting belt of these guys, and nothing but a great experience. The product first of all, is by the far the best belt I've ever used, so much abdominal pressure, can't see myself ever using another belt.The customer service was flawless, instant order confirmation and receipt, with shipment tracking provided, was posted the same day and I received the belt 2 days later interstate, and that was with the free shipping option.Would happily recommend these guys to anyone on the market for lifting supplies.Thank you City Strength.

Customer service was on point.Showed me how to put knee sleeves on for the first time.All they need is to add a door bell for entry and their sweet.

have trained with some amazing and supportive people here, however the attitude of the owners is something falling quite short of hospitable (read: atrocious). shouting and humiliating gym members in front of everyone for something like changing the music is not exactly the best way to treat your clientele. other gym members have no issue with when you change their music, which I would imagine is standard gym friendliness, however I guess the owners ego would not permit to having their music changed in their presence, a strict gym 'protocol' someone new to the gym would not have known. Luckily this was balanced out by some very accepting members who trained at night when the owners were not around. Have moved onto some much more inclusive and down to earth PL specialized gyms in sydney - there's a lot more friendlier places out there, which others have moved onto as well.

I bought some SBD socks for my son on his birthday online.He did not want these styles so I returned them in person to City Strength, the shop in Alexandria, and ordered his favourite one next day.City Strength did not accept the return due to a changing of mind. They mentioned sth about Consumers Law to put me in Status Quo". I felt quite intimidated talking to 3 of staffs including a Manager who put me unease and upset.The Manager

City Strength offers great products and has excellent customer service. They were very helpful and let me come in to exchange some weightlifting shoes even while being temporarily closed during their move to their store in Alexandria.
