I have been in your Cafe last week and this or a coffee, same girl served me .I asked for a latte in a grey mug with a handle. I can't hold the glass ones because of surgery on my hand.So I have to ask the person bringing it to me to please put it in the mug how Hard is it.

Usually stop here for a Hot Chocolate when in Ulladulla. Usually great. There was a new male Barista there yesterday, Chocolate was luke warm at best and very sweet. Have to find another cafe now in Ulladulla, will never go back to Guru.

Coffee is great but food is pre made and then reheated, ours was served cold after asking if it could be cooked fresh, they said yes, then they took premade egg and bacon wraps out of the counter display and gave it to us.

Very disappointing coffee. Milk not textured properly. Heated to scalding and then poured with a spoon to hold the much-too-bubbly froth back - just like they did 20 years ago in the hospital cafeteria that just got an espresso machine that no one knew how to use.

ZERO stars. I bought a croissant for my son. Didn’t look in the bag before giving it to him.They charged $4.90 for a frozen, mangled, inedible block of former croissant.Disgrace.

The last week management has been horrific, There was only really one decent barista and she is no longer there. Absolutely appalling was my favourite coffee place and now I’m back to drive thru cr-p so thanks for that who ever is running the show now!
