I’m disgusted in the service at singleton big w, I had to have my 75inch tv replaced and they have given my a cheaper version of the tv I had originally bought. I am beyond disgusted also at the service I receive from the lady of Asian decent that works at the service counter as she has been quite rude to me on multiple occasions from normal laybuys to this return. If I could leave no stars I would.

Very clean and lots of variety of stock plus the prices were fair except the kids toys are very pricey but they are everywhere at the moment so it's to be expected

The staff were exceptionally helpful and caring when my mobile phone exploded while I was trying on some clothes in the fitting rooms. They went out of their way to make sure that I was okay and even supplied me with some news shoes and trousers, as my originals were damaged by burn marks and fire extinguisher contents. Well done to all involved, you are the best!

Vax Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaner - VX40DO NOT BUY THIS YOU CANNOT BUY THE BAGS WITHOUT SPECIAL ORDERING THEM FROM BUNNINGS YOU CANNOT BUY THE BAGS FROM BIGW. I've called their corporate office I know that makes me sound like a karen.... but I called them to ask where I could buy them they said they didn't sell them and they would fix the issue..... they have not

Shopping at the big W store singleton NSW this morning went to the check out I've never used self-service check-out waiting watching too staff members talking no customer only to be told sorry no one on the registers have to use self service which I won't use it's not I push the trolley away and walked out its clear the staff member to lazy to come over and self me she had no customer it's not good enough big W singleton can do better

Big W overall is normally good except this day. I purchased a 65JVC TV & paid inside at the entertainment service counter & was told to move my car to a blue car space out the front & then I had to make a call for Direct to Boot. So I did this & waited 15 minutes for the service person to come out with a cooking appliance & then I waited another 15 minutes after I called again chasing my TV. No interest in fixing the mistake in a hurry or even fast track at more than 0.125kph. What a joke!!!!!!"
