My daughter was in Esperance for 6 days and on day 0ne returned to her car parked at Lucky Bay to find the rear window of her RAV4 mysteriously smashed. On Monday morning a claim was lodged with the insurance company who directed her to use a well known Auto glass repairer. To our dismay my daughter was told that they could not guarantee the repair by Friday given she was leaving on Saturday. The excuse given related to freight and some rubbish about glass not being a priority. This led us to contact Esperance windscreens who were fantastic and had the glass ordered on Monday afternoon and completed the job on the Tuesday afternoon, they even organised dropping my daughter off and delivering the car back to her. At last a company that understands customer great customer service"."
