After having a bad experience at a different radiology company, I decided to book my procedure at vision radiology Carnegie instead. Right off the bat, I was pleasantly surprised that procedures are bulk billed here (compared to the $500 quoted for my procedure at other radiology clinics)! The service and care I received was great, easy to make an appointment and such friendly and professional employees. It’s clear that Vision Radiology have patient care at the forefront of their business model, and that translates well in the way the practice is run. Thank you!

This radiologist was great! They answered their phone in a timely manner, unlike capital radiology who didn't answer at all...The appointment was on time, I didn't have to wait ages after my appointed time which is very rare.The technician was excellent and gave extra info, letting me know that the Dr should arrange a CT scan next as they can gather better info with that.Stress free visit, they will be my go to location from now on.

Highly recommend this clinic. The fit-out is lovely, modern and clean. The staff are very friendly. I also loved that after the appointment they sent me a link to their app and I was able to view images almost straight away.

I came in very early when it opened at 8.30am this morning and was greeted by Mr Anh (radiologist). He is really friendly and guided me to have my x-rays taken. He is very professional and very helpful. A very nice caring person. This clinic is very clean, tidy and spacious. It is very convenient too after seeing my GP next door. Highly recommended. Other than a 45 minute wait (problem patient ahead of me, not their fault) I can't find a negative. Friendly, professional and helpful reception staff, and my radiologist explained everything and had wonderful, painless technique doing my spinal cortisone injection. Highly recommended this clinic.Alvin is a wonderful bloke.

What a terrific radiology clinic. My first experience at Vision radiology group and now I’ll always go back. Fast, efficient, exceptional customer service throughout my time there. Everyone was so lovely, competent, experienced. So local and easy to get too in the heart of Carnegie shopping strip.

What an amazing Bulk Billing Radiology service. The staff were on time, very friendly and professional and the clinic is beautiful. The Radiologist that performed my injection was very explanatory and I felt reassured the entire time. Not only are the scans bulk billed but so are the Injections!! I highly recommend Vision Radiology!!
