Big thank you to the W Cosmetics Emporium staff and NOT your headoffice. Staff in store are friendly , professional and go above and beyond to help you out. I’ve emailed them a few times to put on hold items for me to purchase, and I always receive prompt and helpful replies. I have a very busy working schedule and don’t have time for much else so big THANK YOU to staff. I haven’t given 5 stars because your head office seems unusually difficult to communicate with. For example: when you have a product out of stock ie the Tunemaker’s Tranexamic Acid, it is impossible to get in touch with your headoffice in Australia to enquire when and if the product will be back soon. Other major beauty brands are much easier to communicate with via email or phone. If not for your lovelystaff instore, I’d consider purchasing elsewhere.

The staff were so disrespectful and kept looking at me and my friend with disgusted looks, very disappointing because I usually love to come here as the products are really good.

I recently placed an online order on W cosmetics. Found one order was missing, tried to contact with the seller. No answers. Give me no hope to open a case on PayPal to try to get my money back. Very disappointed.PS: After tried to contact with the seller, they agreed to refund my money, rewrite my review, which was fair for both of us.

02/03/23Went in to buy 6 items and 2 were out of stock but that’s ok. The lady working brought me a basket when she saw that I was carrying a few things and helped me with the things that I was looking for! Very good service :)

Lots of different products in skin cares, cosmetics and lots more. Very good shopping experience.

This place is the cheapest (in a good way) East Asian Beauty store. And it has all the latest makeup skincare cosmetics etc. the prices are good, the staff are helpful and nice. The music choice is great too and easy to find what you're looking for.

Great choice of products but lack customer service. Black and white which anyone can buy online as well without the customer service.
