Have had 2 MRIs and cortisone injections within 3 weeks. Got in on time, friendly, caring staff from nurses, docs and office admin. Seemed very efficient.

have been on the phone 3 times today for 15min plus ... on holdI took my referral elsewhere ...14 minutes later after having 3 blocks on my day on hold ...I interestingly get a response to poor review, .. red rag to a bull for me. This is a blatant effort to drive you to make your own online appointments, cruel considering the majority of their clients are elderly incapable of making an online booking, ... all to improve their bottom line ... maybe instead of a $6mil MRI they need a $100 callback service ?

Unfortunately there is no option for zero stars to rate this service.I called to get a same day appointment for an ultrasound knowing that these are usually fully booked, clearly stating I wanted to move an appointment from next week to this week. I was told I could take my son to Midland as there was an available spot today, which was great. I travelled 45mins to Midland and was told the appointment had been made for next week and there is nothing available, then we set off on the 45min journey home to complete the 90min+ round trip. Thanks PRC, it was an awesome waste of an afternoon.Called SKG Radiology when I got home, they actually pick up the phone straight away, they will be my go to from now on.

Finally got to see the baby yesterday for the anatomy scan. I honestly could not recommend this company less!!! Both Rockingham and Booragoon were awful. What an absolute nightmare from start to finish! The booking system; painful. The communication; dismal. The reception staff; heartless unhelpful cows. The technician; rough, impersonal, and actually got visibly annoyed cause they couldn't get a good image. The end cost; unnecessary and way too expensive. The whole experience caused so much stress and affected my mental health really badly. Like I don't have enough medical trauma! I'll never go back again.

Staff were warm, friendly and efficient. They went above and beyond to provide phenomenal service not only to myself but several other people while I waited. If it were possible to give more than five stars, I would. Could not recommend this place any higher!!!!!!!

Had 2 pregnancy ultrasounds here. The average wait for both was 15-20 minutes past our appointment time. But both our sonographers were great - friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately I didn’t get the first one’s name, but our second one Jono was very friendly and confident, he made us at ease immediately and answered all our questions. Very happy with both ultrasound experiences.

“Apologies for the long review”I had an appointment to have a cortisone needle in my elbow, at 3:45 I arrived at 3:30 and was advised that my referral had expired. The young lady said not to worry she will contact the doctor surgery and sort it out, (most would have said it’s your problem you sort it out) once she had spoken to my doctor she kept me updated and told me not to worry.I was called up for my needle I advised the nurse that my referral had expired, she said it’s being sorted and I could have the needle. She took me into the room where I was going to have the needle and explained everything, asked if I had any questions, I did not have any, she told me everything I needed to know.The doctor was also fantastic advised me of what was going to happen, using Cortisone via ultrasound.Once finished I was advised the referral had not come through yet, but were positive it would be sent shortly. I was happy to wait but was advised I did not need to, they would get approval from their supervisor to send me an invoice.I spoke to the supervisor and thanked her for the professional service I received.

Had a good experience getting in for a late night MRI (after kids were asleep, which was ideal). Just tried to book in for an ultrasound, was told I cannot bring children to the appointment (they would be harnessed in a pram). I don't have any friends or family here so I guess I will have to go elsewhere or just not have a needed ultrasound. Pretty disappointing.
