Great tour, with a very knowledgable guid and powerful ski's.It was open watet skiing, so the waves at times were quite daunting.My opinion would be to get a jet ski each, rather than share, if the weather isnt 100% - just to make things more enjoyable.

I had a AWESOME time out on the skis. The weather was great! water was like glass and was soo much fun! Stu the tour guide took us around the islands and stopped us along the way to check out some cool wild life. There was heaps of Sea Turtles out on the day I went. Overall a great experience and a amazing gift! Thanks Guys

What an awesome experience..! I had never done jetski before and it was clearly worth it!! Bit of a rainy day but Stuart was very nice and funny, really competent on teaching and then trusting us with the jetskis. 100% would do it again!Greetings from France!

My partner and I had made a reservation for a specific time this morning and were excited to experience the thrill of jet skiing on the open water. However, when we arrived at the designated time and place, we were told that our session had been cancelled because the company had double booked.Fraser Coast Jetski Tours (which had known about the possibility of double booking due to rescheduling another party’s session) did not provide any warning ahead of time, and happily took our online booking (and payment), so we had already spent the day getting ready and travelling to the location for our session.Not only did this ruin our plans for the day, but it also caused us a great deal of inconvenience, as we had made plans around this activity and now had to scramble to find something else to do. We really excited to get out on the water and have some fun, so it was a real letdown when we were told that we couldn't go ahead with our session.The staff at Fraser Coast Jetski Tours seemed completely unconcerned about the fact that we had been let down, and it was clear that they didn't care about our disappointment, telling us that we should be understanding that the Christmas period is the busiest time and ‘these things happen’. We were told that we could reschedule for another time, but we cannot simply make annual holiday time appear out of thin air.To top it off, we were never offered any sort of compensation for the inconvenience and time wasted that was entirely the fault of the company. It was clear from our interaction with management that the company prioritises their own financial gain over customer satisfaction.We ended up leaving feeling extremely frustrated and upset, and we won't be returning there again. It was a complete waste of both our time and money (as we are still waiting for the refund to be processed), and we would not recommend this company to anyone. They are unreliable and unprofessional, and we will be telling our friends to avoid them at all costs.

On 9/10/2022 a friend and I spontaneously booked an afternoon on the Jetskis. We were fortunate enough to have a great tour guide named Darren who has plenty of knowledge of the surrounding area. The experience was fantastic, you get a good adrenaline rush on the Skis and also get the opportunity to see some wildlife! I highly recommend and would do this again.

We tried to book a jetski adventure and it was like pulling teeth. The company took 3 days to return our enquiry which was made in person to thier office on 3 separate occasions, then the day before at they gave us less than 4 hours to confirm and pay. No use we were without signal on another trip. Attitude awful, service awful it was like they were doing you a favour. Not impressed

Great Trip . Powerful Jetski's. Our guide was hilarious and friendly and always up for a laugh. Due to good weather we managed to make it to Fraser Island and it was fantastic.Would definitely recommend. Having been on multiple jet ski tours from Airlie beach to Gold Coast to Europe, having a guy with a great personality will always be the cherry on top. Keep doing what you're doing guys

Took my Fiancé on the tour for our engagement celebration and she absolutely loved it awesome experience and beautiful sites too see, crazy if you don’t do it we definitely got our moneys worth and we will definitely be back. Stewy showed us what skiing is all about and was very patient and helpful with new riders I appreciate his knowledge on the water and trust him with our safety. Thanks again!
