In the last year alone, had my Oracle Touch repaired 4 times at a place in moorabbin for various things.Each time paying a service fee to look at it, each time telling them to fix everything so I dont have to keep coming back. If only...On Monday morning I decided to swing by here and drop off my machine with a boiler leak and tamper fault. Get a call the following morning to pick it up as its ready.1. Surprised it was so fast as the other place i would wait over a week or two.2. When i picked it up it looked brand new and is now 5yrs old.3. He found a couple other things and fixed that too!4. Got it home and i swear it feels brand new again. So Good!I am so wrapped, my wife and i havnt felt our machine work like this since before covid started and only regret I didnt come to you guys the first time...Thank you... HIGHLY Recommend!!!

They’ve kept out little 25 yr old espresso machine going for years, know their stuff and it still runs as well as new. They also sell some nice looking machines, coffee etc. Could be a bit more transparent with the pricing, quintessentially Italian service.

Warning: dishonest !!Paid $129 to service a machine - came back filthy inside - even with coffee grounds. The man said “it’s working fine”, which I knew. I told him I wanted it cleaned and descaled, he then said he descaled it but clearly dirt and oil wiped away by my finger inside the machine and a basic visual inspection showed they didn’t do anything other than replace the gasket. I also pointed out the basket had surface rust which he quickly fixed and insisted “we just service, we did descale, we don’t rebuild”I didn’t ask for a rebuild - I just wanted my machine given a basic clean - that’s what it said in my receipt that’s what I paid $99 for. This wasn’t done. Waste of money, waste of time, would never come back here.For a complete review -I took it home pulled it apart and cleaned it - I went back with a container of dirty water from the machine and they refunded me for the clean only insisting they changed the gasket. However the shower screen was cracked (pictured) which they didn’t replace, or even mention to me, so If they replaced the gasket, they would have noticed the cracked screen - so I’m sure they didn’t even do that. Crooks.

Always give the best service, they are very experienced in repairs of my Saeco Experio machine. Highly recommend them.

Took in a coffee machine for repair, machine came back quickly, broke again within a week, took it back, unrelated part went, paid for second repair, one week later same problem from first repair, refused to replace as warranty only for labour, not replacement parts. Spent $700 and machine still not working.

Purchased water filter from here and coffee beans. I went on the advice of the gentleman working here and glad I did. I love the coffee beans I purchased. Thanks for your advise. Il be back.

My Breville BD BES900 as it was overheating. I've just collected it now and made a choice. It's tight, pressure is fantastic, steam power is like new. Service was very friendly and very accurate. The job was exactly as expected and exactly on time.Highly recommended!

These guys truly knowCoffees machines. They are upfront about the diagnosis, honest, capable and fair with prices.Based on the symptoms I relayed, they thought the motherboard was dead and may not be worth fixing. But luckily they were able to use parts to fix it and saved my machine. Excellent service. Glad to have my old machine still producing a delicious cuppa.

Before I even went there I called to ask do they service my particular brand cappuccino machine. They said yes. I took it there and was told will be ready in a week time. Two weeks later I was told that they can’t fix it as this specific brand can only be serviced by that manufacturer representative, and to come to collect it. When I went they asked me for $70.00, on my surprised look the man behind the counter said, “We did try”I took machine to be fixed, not to try , and than to pay for someone failed in his tryout Further more fee of $70.00 payable in any case was not mentioned. I wander why. They knew they can’t fix it from the start, but they seen easy $70.00. Not nice, not professional, not business like, not human.Quiet cunning.
