I wish I could give this place less than 1 star. I had receive my order and had missing items, chips and drink. When I called the restaurant they accused me of lying and that they had reported me to uber claiming to have video evidence of them placing the missing items in the package. I had to call the uber driver, tip him extra to return with the item.As you can see on the origin bag, the staples indicate where the restaurant had stapled the bag closed to prevent tempering, this contained my kebab plate. The 2nd photo shows the additional bag with the chips and drink that was supposedly placed inside the orgin bag (i had to tip the driver extra to return with this). Now how was that supposed to fit inside the origin bag underneath the staples ? Honestly the most upsetting incident ever experienced with a restaurant. I would honestly love to see this so called video evidence" horrible customer service. To top it off

Took 15 minutes in the drive thru for 2 kebabs.. ridiculous on its own only to get home and find both kebabs wrong! Rang the number 3 times no answer horrible customer service!

Origin Kebabs Eaglby branch is the first Origin Kebabs designated as a small restaurant. They don't look a kebab shop anymore. Variety of options available on the menu. Staffs are very friendly and kind. We had great welcoming and kind service from them. Seatings on the wall side has USB charging options as well. İnside the shop very bright and also clean and tidy with full air-conditioning. The only minus could be the taste of food was not that much Turkish grill taste for me. But everything else was great. Grills and salad and rice was still delicious and yummy. You guys will be always recommended.

3rd time coming here they have put lettuce on my friends kebab after repeating myself not to put lettuce on it.When paying they repeated “no lettuce”. I said yes that’s correct and paid. Got the kebab and got to my friends house and there’s heaps of lettuce on it!How does one miss-communicate this?And for the third time coming here!I did talk to the manager and she was very lovely and apologised and offered a free kebab. She was very polite.
