Over 3 years our owners corporation has engaged Tesnik to upgrade our card reader system and replace our inefficient intercom system. Each time their expertise and professional approach achieved exactly what was required.Two weeks ago our aging access control system failed. Tesnik were on site within hours but despite extensive effort it was beyond repair. With an older demographic this was a big problem. We have 6 levels including underground garaging. In just over a week Tesnik organised a replacement. Communication was excellent and they worked tirelessly, including on a Saturday, to install the new state of the art system. Our complex is small but has 3 buildings and 11 access points which is challenging. Their technicians always rise to the challenge and take pride in their workmanship. It is a pleasure to work with everyone at Tesnik.
