Petstock Penrith

Young lady with blonde hair and glasses, very rude service. Did not greet when walking into store. I stood around for 10 minutes and I had to find a worker myself. This blonde lady was sitting on the floor counting and organising stock. When I approached her, she pretended not to see me and continued ignoring me. I asked her a question and she had attitude with her response, rolling her eyes. Ive spent thousands in this store over the years and i can confirm that I won't be back.

Great service and products. Easy to park and a good location

We adopted two 11-year-old cats through Ann and since then we have been visiting the store to purchase products. She is an excellent Service Person, good product knowledge, features and benefits. Also, Maddie is another excellent member of your staff with good communication, is friendly and very helpful.I emailed head office congratulating both young ladies, but the words fell on deaf ears. Nice and convenient. Bought a pump and filter for my fish tank. Staff were helpful, not the biggest range of items but enough for your day to day pet needs. Had a beautiful rotty that was sitting behind the counter. Loved it.

Great pet shop find almost everything you need at a reasonable price. Staff are very knowledgeable if and when asked

Do not recommend shopping here. We had a very unpleasant experience here yesterday.When we asked a staff member by the name of Jxxxx for assistance with the harnesses, she snapped at us to “just try them on” and walked away. Choosing a harness was not easy because the price was a consideration, and very few harnesses had prices on them. We had to keep asking for prices which were met with annoyance…when I pointed out that most did not have pricing on them, the response was, “Yes, well, that’s because there are a lot!”.I regret making a purchase, but we still did. As we were paying, I provided polite feedback that it had been an unpleasant experience. This was met with a look of disgust and a very patronising “Have a lovely day” as we left the store. Won’t be making the mistake of going back to this store.

Great choice - extremely friendly staff, would always recommend!

We recently partook in puppy school at Petstock Penrith and were over the moon with the professionalism, training and knowledge of our trainer Taylor. She was fantastic, patient and taught us so much about training our new puppy! Highly recommend!
