Waited over an hour, had to phone to chase the order and told another another 30 minutes due to a crash well past where I live.shocking customer service. A phone call would have been nice but alas no. Lost me as a customer.

Ordered from work and added $3 20min guarantee so we would arrive home at same time. Stood at front door and watched as driver drove past. The app was open on phone and popup showed the order had been delivered with 2 mins to spare. However I waited another 4 mins for the driver to park and deliver to me. Driving past is counted as delivered! 20 min delivery guarantee was not provided. Chicken bites were advised as 50 for $10. My daughter could only find 40 in the box. I hope the driver got his fill!

They are careless with their pizzas and dont spread the toppings. This is a ham and cheese. I also got a loaded" pepperoni the time before which had about 8 pieces of pepperoni on it. I sent a picture of the pepperoni to dominoes head office and they agreed it was sub standard and gave me a voucher to replace it but as you can see from the ham and cheese they haven't improved. Dont rely on theiŕ "pizza" checker either. They just ignore it or say it isnt working.Better off driving the 10 minutes to Glendale."

Ordered using the app, asked for no olives but they put on double I'm pretty sure. Every time I've gone here the order has been wrong in some way. Waited 30 minutes for delivery to the car, had to go in and turns out it was just sitting there. I was the only person that went in the whole time, so you can't even say it was because they were busy. Honestly, just go the 10mins extra out of the way to the Charlestown Domino's. Much better quality food and staff.
