Love this place!! Staff/Trainers are always so helpful and encouraging, really push you to be your best! Always a good variety of workouts, keeps the motivation going strong! Wouldn’t want to workout anywhere else!

The best place to get your sweat on! All the trainers are so motivating and supportive as well as its community. The workouts are always challenging, and also flexible: catering for all fitness levels. I honestly cant imagine going to any other gym anymore, addicted would be the right word.

I signed up for a 7 day trial when I first moved to Ocean Grove at the start of this year and after my first class I new I had to join! The staff are all super friendly, going out of their way to make you feel welcomed and settled in each class no matter what your experience level is. They have built such a supportive culture that members are willing to help, support and encourage other too, making this a fabulous place to spend your time!

I’m in my early 50’s, have been carrying some extra kgs for over 20 years and had just accepted that’s how it was. I’m in my 4th month with f45 Ocean Grove and am now setting new goals for what’s possible because of the progress I make every session. I love it, feel great and recommend f45 and this team passionately. Your future self will be grateful.

Such an amazing studio! The trainers are super friendly and are dedicated to helping you create a better version of yourself through exercise. The studio caters for all fitness levels and provides its members with great workouts, support and nutritional advice. The studio has a welcoming, community vibe and it's pumping music and sweat sessions will have you addicted after your first class!

Such an amazing studio!! I was a bit anxious to try it out but the trainers make you feel so welcome! Since starting I have felt so much healthier and confident in my body. Highly highly recommend.

F45 Ocean Grove has helped me to enjoy exercise because it's so different to a boring gym workout. The trainers are wonderful and supportive, always guiding you through the workouts. Definitely worth trying this place out if you want a fun place to exercise and to meet some great people.
