I would definitely recommend Crystal Healing Yoga to anyone who is need of alternative and holistic healing!I found Shahereen and her Crystal Healing Yoga studio during a time where I felt like I wasn’t making the progress I wanted to with the tradition western routes of healing and psychology.Shahereen offers a wide range of services that involves a more holistic approach into healing which focuses on connecting the mind, body and spirit through energy and crystal healing and so much more!I went in with an open and hopeful mind but never did I expect to feel so whole and alive after meeting Shahereen and going through my healing journey with her.I’ve been on and off seeing counsellors and psychologists for many years now, but have never made such progress as I have with Shahereen in only a matter of 6 sessions over a couple of months!She’s an incredibly gifted and talented healer who makes you feel heard, seen and understood. Shahereen is really just amazing I had some crystal healing sessions done by her after only a few sessions my life have been completely differences now I’m even more happier than ever before. i always look forward to my yoga classes. Time to totally focus on me, my body, and being present. With Shahareens gentle voice guiding you, it feels amazing. She seems to always know,without you telling her, what parts of your body need attention, and tailors her class around that. Always something a little different to expand and learn, but something the same so you feel familiar. Her true calling, a pleasure to be taught by her.
