Auctus Training and Education

Hi ,It was indeed a wonderful experience doing the SEA program with Auctus . My trainer Mr Craig was awesome and so was the rest of the team who followed up on emails . He was really phenomenal in his training deliverances and his intermittent humour cracks were simply cherry on the cake . He assisted me with all my doubts on the program and CERT III modules as well .

I feel very fortunate to have found Auctus when searching for a training provider. As someone who has spent the best part of 20 years training people in three states and two countries I felt mildly resentful in having to re-enroll in the latest iteration of Cert IV TAE. But I learned a lot and it underscored the value of updating quals. Sam and Con and the entire staff are very professional, up-to-date with all aspects of the industry, very knowledgeable and experienced. deliver a quality program and are able to understand and meet the needs of the learners. A group of Cert IV TAE learners are an interesting bunch to meet with weekly as all are from different specialist areas and all are looking at the next chapter in their career. Which adds to the experience. Highly recommend Auctus :)

Very pleased with the learning environment. Was easy to access via public transport. Classroom peers very good and staff trainer was very professional and thorough. Cafe facilities on site and close to commercial shopping precinct.Auctus is a clean and modern faculty with 'state of the art ' teaching philosophy and methodology. The course content, in its entirety, is given to students on USB Drive. I did not use laptop or tablet in class, which was quite IT orientated, but could cope with this by printing out content and then transcribing my work content onto computer. I later used the 'up to date' facilities of the State Library of South Australia to complete work. I was assisted by my trainer in finalising work for assessment, which was successful.

Studied the TAE cert IV here. Con was a very encouraging and engaging instructor, always happy to answer questions. The course was very thorough, yet not too long and drawn out.

I called a few providers who were offering the Self-Employment Assistance Program. Vicky responded immediately and was so helpful, enrolling me in the program there and then (meanwhile I’m still waiting for a call back from other providers, months later). The course covers everything you need to start your business, and our facilitator Craig was incredible. An expert on all things business, he delivered some pretty dry content at times in an engaging and fun way. I feel confident I have the necessary skills to start my business on the right foot. I would definitely recommend Auctus to anyone thinking of starting their own business.

I recently completed the SEAS - Small Business Assistance Scheme - at Auctus. SEAS is funded by the Australian government. I have been fortunate enough to participate in a six week training course, with the output of a business plan, and I am now receiving coaching to support me to succeed. I cannot speak highly enough of Auctus. Auctus is run by a leadership team that genuinely cares. Every staff member I have come across is friendly, proficient and enthused. I have loved my experience with Auctus.I enjoyed the positive and engaging environment in the classroom and appreciate how the staff understood that everyone learns at their own pace.They also gladly offered alternatives to fit in with any external event I encountered.

Changing career paths being a mature aged woman is scary but necessary to continue to be employed. I studied certificate 3 in Disability/aged and community and then Certificate 4 in Disability and I would recommend anyone to do their training with Auctus. The staff are amazing, patient, knowledgeable and so friendly and encouraging. I have been working in the industry for over a year now and absolutely love it. I work for 2 great companies and support some truly amazing clients that make me smile everyday. Friendly, professional, and well-organised RTO. My trainer Con for TAE40116, made a session into the digestible knowledge size and his style was outstanding. I have been in the training industry for over 10 years and have seen many trainers, but he had many qualities I could learn from. Thank you and I’ll be back again!

The trainers and mentors are just exceptional. I was able to meet with my mentor David twice before the course commenced, because my business was already underway and I needed advice. He was very helpful and high energy, just the kind of person I needed. It is worth attending the course just to hear some of Craig's Dad jokes! But in all seriousness, if you have a business idea, these are the people to see to help make it a reality. I got so much out of it and now I have a clear business and financial plan for the next 2 years. Well done guys and keep up the good work.
