We stopped at this United Servo to use the bathroom then buy a coffee. Went to the loo first. Never again, the ladies was absolutely disgusting! Dirty used toilet paper all over the floor, the new large roll of paper which should have been in the dispenser was on the floor in the middle of all the mess. It smelt terrible. No hand soap. The men’s was out of order so hubby had to use the ladies loo. He came out shaking his head. I went to the Pieface counter to let them know. The two staff there looked like they didn’t give a damn…..

Filthy toilets out back in donga style. One out of order. The other worked but no lock on door! Disgraceful!! Thought I was in a third world country with no plumbing! Never again

Their toilets have to be the filthiest on the East Coast of Australia and have been since coming this way in the last few years. I would never dream of buying food off them. Their toilets are absolutely putrid!!

Good location and looks new yet is a small store in comparison to others.However no facilities or amenities for those who are passing through on long trips.A sign out the front saying 'no toilets or facilities available' would be very handy in helping drivers decide whether they are going to pull in or not.

Toilets look like they haven’t been cleaned for a year. Absolutely disgusting. Bins are over flowing. Cheap fuel but I would never eat here or use their restrooms!

Faulty equipment. Staff who don’t care.Stopped in today to refill our tyres. Realised too late that the air pump was malfunctioning and only deflating the tyres. The display wasn’t working properly either so it wasn’t immediately obvious my tyre was deflating. By the time I saw it, it was too late. I was stuck with a flat tyres and a malfunctioning air pump.Told the staff member who made no apologies for the situation and showed no sign he even cared. Didn’t even tag the pump as faulty so that nobody else had the same experience.Had to change the flat and drive to another servo with functioning equipment. Huge inconvenience that could have been easily avoided

Absolutely disgusting customer service. The guy behind the desk is not doing this place any favours. If I hadn’t already put fuel in my car I would have driven off.The toilets were also an utter disgrace.Upon reading other reviews it seems this is not an isolated problem.United should be ashamed to be associated with such terrible customer service and lack of basic hygiene.
