This is a practice that lives its values - they are compassionate and caring. Dr Carles is very personable and was great with my dog putting him at ease. He provided great advice, which I hadn't received anywhere else. A lot of veterinary practices upsell today but I didn't experience any of this - just genuine care and interest in my dog and in providing the best possible care. Will definitely go back.

So amazing! I went in with my struggling pooch to ask questions and Mel was amazing! She went above and beyond for my little doggie, so knowledgeable and helpful! He already seems so much happier 4 hours later! I wish I lived here so he could always go here!

Have they changed vets? Reading all the positive posts about how wonderful the vet is/was!!! Maybe the one I encounted this morning got out of the wrong side of the bed, because believe me she has no professional decorum whatsoever.Just a hint, but you might consider more and better communication between your staff.Will not be returning and will advise family and friends.

I take my beloved and elderly Labrador here. They are fantastic as I live elsewhere but am often in town visiting family. So they don't mind seeing my lumpy, sooky and occasionally grumpy lab. She wags her tail on the way in and is well settled and cared for during treatment.

We came in early morning before opening with our dog having seizures due to 1080 poison. All the staff were direct ready to help even though we were 30 min before them officially opening. They saved our dogs life in the most professional ways and kept us updated during the day off his treatment and progress. Dr.Aimee Seymore dealt with our dog emergency in a personal, decisive and calm manner.Weer certainly go back with our boy for other treatments.

All of the staff that I have met have been so friendly, caring, enthusiastic and seem to love animals. We attended the puppy pre-school classes which was fantastic for our new puppy. He recently got severely sick and everyone at the clinic went above and beyond my expectations to look after him (and his worried owners!) Super happy with the care provided. Thanks everyone!
