The Strong and Stable team are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Nicole has developed a rehab program for me that's taken me from bed ridden to doing more each week. I couldn't have done it without her careful planning. She understands the phisiology of my illness and has tailored exercises specifically to increase my capacity. She stretches me without pushing too far. Before starting with S&S, exercises from physio therapists seemed to give me set backs because they didn't understand my illness or pushed too hard. Highly recommend Strong & Stable.Location is not too busy, parking on site always available.Clean premises to work with an Osteopath or Exercise Physiologist - boutique gym to see a PT or work to your own program with memberships available.The team here are informative, supportive & only want the best for their clients.
