Awful just plain awful , the customer service was bad enough but when you are paying an extortionate amount of money to have just one suit dry cleaned and it comes back dirty and wrinkled and their then lie to you by saying there is nothing we can do and it must of been like this when you handed it to us .. when it wasn’t , gotta wonder how they are still open.For me it wasn’t the expensive price it was more the fact they lied about everything when they said oh we can send it back but it will take another two days , when I needed it next day and then she proceeded to say we can only take 5 dollars off the price cos that’s all we are allowed .I’ll never go here again and advise anyone to stay away !

Left a new suit for dry cleaning.Not sure what they did, but it is now more or less ruined.The suit has shrunk and they must have applied too much heat, as the wool is now corse and prickly.$650 bucks down the drain.Avoid at all cost.

Ruined! I choose the designer cleaning and my beautiful silk dress and coat is ruined. The dress has a pull on the very front of it (very noticable!) and the coat now looks like something I've picked up in a 2nd hand store, when really i've only worn it a handful of time. I paid a fortune to get them dry-cleaned! What a waste!

My wife brought her leather coach bag there for cleaning and they LOST IT! The service center don't want to make an effort to settle the matter after months and months of follow up. Very disappointing.

If you like being abused and/or having your items destroyed, this is the place for you.Today I brought in a brand new sport coat to show where they had damaged it and the manager screamed at me, suggesting that perhaps I had destroyed my own garment for some reason, despite it still having the cleaning tags on and her employee acknowledging the damage. She then actually shouted get away

Never go here! I went there to get 2 work jackets dry cleaned and got it back with dirt marks and not even smelling like it was cleaned. Really bad service and should have checked the reviews before going.

Metcentre branch. Returning customer.I left a pant for alteration supposedly to be picked up this afternoon. I came at 1.30pm, the lady was on a break. I came at 3pm. The shop is already closed. Apparently, the shop is closed in the afternoon. But, it was advertised being opened until 5pm. The lady did not mention anything about it.

Very expensive, and they didn't even do a good job. Gave me back my clothes without telling me they hadn't been able to get marks out of one of the 2 items. I appreciate dry cleaners can't work miracles, but if you can't get the marks out despite your best efforts, you should tell your customer! Also the other garment apparently cleaned does not smell fresh. My local dry cleaner does a much better job for less than half the price.NOTE: Review relates to the AMP plaza branch.

Gave them a pair of pants to shorten with a pin indicating the length I wanted the new edge to be at, decided to cut at the pin and then shorten 3-4cm's. Expensive pants ruined. Do not go here. Wish I had checked the reviews as it is obvious I am not the only person
