Terrible! Came in to get blood tests at 3:40pm, sign says they close at 4pm but they lock the door and refuse to open the door to ask me if I need a blood test! She looks out the door and stares at me but doesn’t open the door! All I needed was a blood test, I don’t finish until 3:30pm and I am disgusted by this behaviour! All because they want to leave on time at 4pm on the dot!!

No customer service here , walk in take a number and sit down to wait .. The wait wasnt too long and the blood collecters were ok , the clinic was clean and tidy .

Be ready…at least 2 hours, people in the waiting room speaks about the poor service.Will be looking into a different provider, just bad. Need more staff.

Good place, So far i haven't seen any issues except long waiting during weekend, specially in the morning..might be more patient coming this time than test centers forecast..increase of staff may resolve waiting time issue in weekend.

they don't have staff, two people are handling all the customers and that to too slow. have waited for 2 hrs just for a simple blood test. if you guys know your customer load then hire more people ... it makes no sense to wait over 2 hrs just for a blood test. absolutely ridiculous

The other day I needed to get a PCR test for my flight urgently, but my details on the form and in the system were not accurate. A gentleman there, I didn't learn his name, helped me a lot to get the issue sorted. I can't thank you guys more.
