It was a stress free transition for us. I was a bit reluctant to change from Telstra to Commander at the start, but Sam from Complete ICT explained to me everything in detail. Commander Nbn and services have been amazing. With technology changing so quickly, I never realised how we can use telecom to up sell our products and services by playing an Ad provided to us by CICT.He is very accessible if needed. Transferred over from Telstra to Commander. The level of service from commander was above and beyond from all involved including the technical team and ground staff given the level of hassle Telstra put as through. My account manager Sam was extremally helpful and always contactable to try resolve the issues we faced during handover. Very happy with the new set up.
