Would have to be one of the most useless service departments in Australia, had a vehicle booked in for 6 weeks for them to just say oh we can't do that today , you;ll have to book it in in 4 weeks time when i'm next available, rude and poor customer service..

My car broke down outside Yass and was towed to Luff Motors for what I was told would likely be a very expensive engine replacement. After inspection, they contacted me to say it was a simple part replacement and would be covered under a Toyota recall. A few days later my car was fixed and didn't cost me a cent. I was very impressed by their honesty and prompt service.

just bought a used landcruiser from luff motors.excellent service, excellent staff, excellent vehiclecouldnt have asked for better service.if you live in canberra and you are looking for a used or new toyota its worth the drive to Yass for the service.

Rude and unhelpful. Not interested in providing any kind of customer service. Had an electrical issue with our Prado whilst travelling and told they would not even have a look at it for a least 4 hours. Drove to Canberra Toyota and they looked at it straight away and fixed it within an hour. Yass Toyota should be disappointed with their customer care and service.

Went in to ask the team about new the Yaris and was greeted by on of the service desk team who helped then introduce me to one of the showroom staff, Simon.Without much information personally regarding this model, Simon was able to detail the chosen model and a variety of worthwhile extras that differentiate the various Yaris’. Gave great reassurance for the teams care with all servicing and work done on vehicles while under their work teams careful eyes for detail. Thanks again for the help guys.

4pm on a Friday afternoon we called Luff Motors Toyota as a fuel warning light came on as we passed through town. Fantastic country hospitality, the staff were informed and knowledgeable and accommodated us coming in straight away to have the fuel filter changed before 5pm. Highly recommend this great Toyota service centre. Due to this great customer service we’re back on the road with minimal fuss and still all smiling. Thanks again Luff Motors Toyota.

Luff Motors are honest and down to earthOur previous Toyota dealership were only in it for the money and recommended expensive replacements that weren't required. Luff on the other hand work hard to form relationships and do the right thing by their customers
