One of the most authentic Japanese cafes in Sydney - especially for a traditional breakfast. No frills, reasonable prices, decent coffee, friendly service. Usually easy to find free street parking around the corner.

Holy wow! Just had the best Japanese of my life. 10/10 food and superb service. Was such a good serving size for such an adorable price. The rest of the menu looked so yum so I will 100% be back very soon!!

Great little spot, serving size of the Big Japanese Breakfast is huge. Amazing meal.Staff were friendly and no complaints about any of the dishes we had.Partner tried the black sesame latte too which was delicious.Will definitely be back to try some of the other dishes on the menu.

This little cafe is a hidden gem that I would rate 6/5 if I could. Food tasted delicious and authentic, and was generously portioned. The staff were super friendly and accommodating despite the huge lunchtime rush, and even stopped by mid-meal to check in on us and deliver some freshly toasted rice topping. The tables are adorably identified by different Japanese cities as opposed to traditional table numbers. 10/10 would recommend eating here, even if it’s just to pick up one of their homemade desserts or onigiri.

Love this Japanese cafe! The authentic food and portion is very generous. The eel, chicken karagae is delicious. The side dishes are very tasty.The matcha and black sesame latte was very smooth. I would come here again! The customer service is very friendly and welcoming. I love the black sesame cake!!

I have visited this authentic Japanese restaurant for the fourth time, and every time I go there, it just keeps getting better.I have brought my mom and friends along on several occasions, and they have all loved the experience as much as I have.The chef is always so friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole vibe of the place so pleasant.If you are looking for a recommendation, I highly suggest trying the karaage chicken curry. I have never had such perfectly cooked chicken anywhere else. The meat was so tender, and the flavor was just amazing. Not to mention, the portion size was quite generous as well.Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for a great Japanese dining experience. You won't be disappointed!
