I visit Promedic laser and receive laser facials. I have seen results straight away and am very pleased. Staff are very friendly and highly trained. staff always makes me feel comfortable and I can always trust them with the treatments I want to receive. I highly recommend this salon. An amazing clinic. Always super tidy and very accommodating with appointment times. Definitely the best clinic I’ve been too recently! The staff are excellent and make you feel comfortable and valued as a client. Couldn’t recommend it more and I look forward to having many more treatments there in the future!

This is my first time having laser hair removal done at this place and by far the most pleasant experience I've had since moving to Melbourne from Sydney. The staff were extreme friendly and helpful and they were very professional in the line of work. I had Lisa to look after me, and she was extremely gentle and very informative.I would highly recommend this place.

Very bad Clinic. Dosen’t take responsibility.My friend paid 2k then they made my friend eyes, eyebrows look weird. Now she looks like MR SPOKY.They don’t care for my friend concerns and tell her that the nurse just rent their office. But when my friend booked, it was taken by their clinic.Don’t come here if you don’t want to lose money and became uglier!

I went in for facial and acne treatments and I love it. the team is very friendly enthusiastic. Thu is the one who has done my treatments- she is very professional and would communicate, explain to me what she was going to do. I felt so relaxed and really enjoyed my facial with her. My skin got so much better after only 4 treatments. That is great result as you can see from my photos before and after below. I definitely would for sure go back for another facial treatments. Highly recommended Promedic laser and skins team to you guys!
