Highly Recommend Permit Plans Studio - They were one of the first places i looked at, but I didn't think they could help with a prefab kit i already purchased, so I went elsewhere initially. The council needed a better set of plans for my project than i had and a builder recommended these guys to take a look, so I ended up going back to permit plans studio.They were great! I kept changing ideas and questioning and emailing and calling. Brad just kept on responding and suggesting and guiding and replying no matter what i threw at him! Plans look great, permit was approved - no hassles. Thanks Brad, Jeannie and the team, you've been a great help!

I had Brad and the team design my deck and they did a fantastic job. The plans were completed in a timely manner and Brad was so easy to deal with making the process very easy. His building and design knowledge is excellent and nothing was too hard for him. He generously altered the plans when the council required plan changes at no additional expense. I would highly recommend Permit Plans Studio and will definitely be a returning customer for my future projects.

After searching for someone to do the work required to get me a Building Permit for 2 months, I found Brad at Permit Plans. Highly recommend Brad and Permit Plans Studio to anyone undertaking work on their home. I recently completed installing a pool with decking and fences in our backyard and Brad and his team were extremely helpful in creating the plans from my ideas. They were easy to work with and very supportive throughout what can be a complicated process complying with all the regulations. The staff were great, very professional and extremely efficient. I'm thankful to Brad and all the staff for helping me complete work on my dream backyard.

We were not sure what the process was to obtain a permit for our veranda and thought that it would be far too difficult to get someone to help us with such a small job. The whole team at PPS were most efficient. What I liked most about the process is that Brad told us, in advance, what charges we could be liable for. Brad and Twinkle have been good communicators and this made the whole permit process painless. Twinkle was great.I would recommend Permit Plans Studio to anyone seeking a permit, especially to novices like my wife and I.
