Very poor customer service. Took weeks to get a quote, took weeks to get a date, took many messages to get a time confirmed which only happened on the day booked itself. Then no one showed up, no response to messages, calls and no apology for making me wait in the whole day for nothing.

Extremely unprofessional and vulgar. I'm so not surprised to see other 1 star reviews here.A complete lier and thug when you catch him on his lies.He promised the job will be done in two weeks. Fast forward 4 weeks nothing has happened. Called him and he said mate your job will start this Friday and by the following Friday it will be all done". Fast forward another two weeks

Disregards local compliance requirements. Compliance officer has now been called twice in two working days. If you want to keep friends with your neighbours, make sure you drill them on how they will monitor safety and parking. Staff and owner laugh off complaints. An example of parking today, with zero traffic management in an already dangerous zone.

Called AAA for a quotation and was told someone be coming over on Monday which no one showed up that day with no updates or explanation given.Called the following day which the receptionist said she will inform Scott to call me asap and she would flagged it as urgent. Still have not heard from anyone 2 weeks later.While I understand now is a very busy period for every tradie , it is really unprofessional of AAA D&T for the lack of care and follow up.If you don't want to do my business, at least tell me directly and not waste everyone's time. Disappointed.
