I like my doctor and she is extremely thorough but due to long waiting times, I am very close to going elsewhere.Waiting up to an hour each visit is very disappointing. It is sad that the clinic squeezes so many appointments into a day with no apparent remorse for wasting patient’s time.

I am very disappointed with the service here. New mum attending to see Dr Zac for her newborn's tongue tie. At our first appointment we waited over an hour to be seen, and when seen Dr Zac continued to correct my terminology for no reason. But I was told he was really good by the midwives I have been dealing with. So I went back today only to find out that my appointment was canceled and nobody bothered to leave me a message to let me know. I even got a confirmation text for the appointment 2 days ago. It is hard enough to be a new mother and having the stress of whether to have a medical procedure done on your child, let alone breaking their routine to come in for no reason. The lack of courtesy from this place has left a really bitter taste in my mouth. I will be finding somewhere more professional.

Such lovely experiences. I was looking for a new GP for my family after some negative experiences with my previous GP. My family have now been a handful of times and I am very happy with the doctors and front of house team.

The doctors are wonderful and of course so busy - the biggest suggestion I would have for improvement is for some notice that they are running behind. It's frustrating arriving on time and waiting an hour, when if I knew they were running late, I could plan to arrive a bit later too. Or at least be told estimated wait time on arrival so you can check that you can meet other commitments on time. Every interaction with the doctors has been wonderful, they are caring and I feel in very good hands.

I appreciated the efforts, the care and cheerful competence of nurse Mrs Tamara Guest, considering the fact that she was learning the ropes". Dr Zachary's has also shown real professionalism and genuine concern considering the difficulties he has to cope with. Congrats on the good service from the administration staff as well."

Been a patient here for the past 8 years. Always efficient. Always helpful. Dr Zac saw me through some seriously difficult times. Never once did I feel like a sook, His compassion and kindness is refreshing. Girls on the desk always happy to explain and answer questions. I have sometimes had to refer to other doctors when Zac is not available, and I have been met with the same kindness.They are all brilliant. My daughter has a separate GP to me and she is just as wonderful (that would be Dr Asha).

I incurred a fee of $96 for the doctor's services, which were essentially limited to conducting a Google search, duplicating my prior efforts. No actionable recommendations were provided, raising concerns about the judicious use of patient time and money.

I've been going to Upwey Doctors for over 10 years now and have always had a good experience with any of the Doctors that I have seen there. Highly recommend them.

Dr Lim is fabulous, but I've had numerous issues over my years here both with other doctors making bad calls or failing to follow up on issues which have endangered my health and safety, and with reception staff just generally not being on the ball. Paperwork constantly goes missing. I've had to wait upwards of half an hour in the clinic because I haven't been checked in properly, or I've been booked over a doctor's lunch break. Having worked in medical reception I know it's not easy and I'm sure staff are trying their best, but there are some serious issues here.
