I noticed a screw in my tyre this morning and it was a little flat , being a believer in supporting local businesses the closest was Mycar Modbury i rang them to arrange a convenient time to do the repair ! Brad was extremely polite and obligingly “ No worries” can do so i took the car to him and was over the moon when 20 min later he said no charge and have a good day ! I would be very happy to do business and recommend Brad based on the customer service I received!

Great service and clear communication. Most recent visit was to get a quote, but they squeezed me in to fix it immediately. Previous visit was almost half the price of the dealership quote and was done in the advised timeframe. Happy I took my Dad's advice to check them out and finding more and more people I speak to that already recommend the team at MyCar Modbury. Will be back for my services and repairs, thanks again!

Took my car in for servicing but car came out worse then before. There's something not right about this place now. Either management or mechanics have changed. My car had no issues as it was good as new but after the servicing i had issues with the car. While waiting at the reception another customer came in complaining issues with their car after servicing.If this is a franchisee, someone has to investigate standards are met!!I'm losing my trust with myCar after many years with them. Is this a ploy to make more money from customers!?Update: issues fixed with no charge after visiting them again.

Staff are super lovely and were able to fit me in straight away to have a look at my car. They explained everything to me very well (as a female, it was great not being spoken down to or treated as if I had no clue) and were very supportive moving forward! Can't fault them!
