Veet’s Vegan Cooking School
I attended Veet’s Vegan Foundation course in April 2019 and had an absolutely amazing three days. I learnt so many new skills and recipes. I’ve come home and cooked up so many new dishes to add to my rotating menu. Veet is a calm and steady educator. I met so many lovely new people during the course and while staying In Mullumbimby. Mullumis a great place to stay and I arrived a few days early to experience the area prior to the course. The foundation course ensures you take plenty of food home for your evening meal. Lots of vegan food available in Mullimbimby and a relaxed vibe.

Veet’s Vegan Cooking School
I recently attended the 3 Day Vegan Cooking Course and couldn’t have received more value for money! Veet is passionate, professional and packs a punch when it comes to her knowledge and skill in the kitchen.I especially liked how we made food for everyday, along with sweet treats and for special occasions. I also enjoyed both working as a group and in pairs. This along with Veet’s generous and enthusiastic teaching style made the 3 days fly. Throughout the course, she was always happy to answer our questions and help us stay grounded and calm in the process.Sitting down daily to eat our creations at a beautifully set table with a magnificent mountain view was icing on the (vegan) cake!

Veet’s Vegan Cooking School
Veet is an expert when it comes to all things vegan! After completing day 1 of the 3 day Foundations course, I knew immediately that I wanted to sign up for the full chef training. I learnt so much more than I could have possibly imagined! She is an invaluable source of vegan wisdom and delivers her classes with enthusiasm and passion. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better teacher and mentor on my vegan business journey. I highly recommend her to anyone that is after vegan cooking skills, wanting to start a business or anything in between.

Meeting Veet and studying with The Vegan Cooking School is one of the best things have done in my life thus far. Not only is Veet a wealth of knowledge, she is an amazing teacher and her ethics are of an incredible standard. I came away from the course with a huge repertoire of skills and recipes and the inspiration to follow my dreams in the plant based food industry. I'll be forever grateful to Veet and all the wonderfully skilled teachers who taught us during the diverse 9 modules.

Veet’s Vegan Cooking School
I attended the 3 day foundation course with Veet. It was such a great experience. We cooked a huge amount and variety of dishes over the 3 days; I was amazed at how much we got through. The dishes were delicious and I've cooked several since I've got home and the 'meat eaters' enjoyed them too ! Veet is so organised and its obvious she has alot of experience from her vegan catering background. I'd highly recommend this course to people at any level of cooking skills/experience.

Veet’s Vegan Cooking School
I attended the Tofu and Miso making workshop with Veet and Kiriko. I thoroughly enjoyed the day and learnt a lot. The style of teaching is very hands-on and I felt very comfortable in Veet's Kitchen with her relaxed and very knowledgeable style of teaching. I would highly recommend this workshop for anyone interested in learning new skills.

Veet’s Vegan Cooking School
Veet's course has to be the best I've ever done. Veet's kitchen is a great space to learn in and she is truly inspiring. And the group was so much fun.We cooked, and laughed and produced the most amazing cuisine in such a short space of time. At the end of 3 days we made our own signature dish which we got to invent and trial and all of them were restaurant quality! Thanks so much to Veet and the group for such an amazing experience!!!

Veet’s Vegan Cooking School
Oh. Em. Gee. Mind blown. Yesterday I had a beautiful online cooking session with the wonderful Veet Karen. We cooked some beautiful vegan food - pizza with quinoa and amaranth base (great for added calcium and so much more!), pesto and omelette.I had so much fun and learnt even more. I never learned to cook until I was married and have always viewed it as a chore. However in recent years I’ve become so much more focussed on increasing the amount of nutritional plant based foods into my diet.Veet was incredibly supportive and she is really happy to adapt things in accordance to your personal preference. Doing the class online was in many respects even better than doing it in person as I was in my own space and using my own utensils so I know I can replicate the results easily.To top it all off, my ‘meat and 3 veg’ hubby polished the pizza off in no time and said it was delicious! Working with Veet is such a beautiful way I can support myself in the kitchen which of course has direct flow on benefits to my life and business. I’m so looking forward to future sessions with Veet.
