I have lived in Alice Springs for about 7 months and I have been to Red Rooster a number of times, and every time they screw up, because they go through staff like they do, I just hope they will get my order correct one day, I have complained to them about it, but they just can't get it right. I have even tried to ring the store today and it goes to message bank

Worst service ever. I used to be a delivery driver, they don't even want to talk to people when arrive at the store. Instead they gossip with each other.

It's too oily and too much sauces,it's really very bad service too when I saw from the drive through counter they don't tie the hair and no hair cab at all ,worst red roaster brance ever I saw ...too bad

I was starving, and I love Red Rooster, but I actually had the most fun I've ever had in a takeaway shop while chatting to the team. Hot honey is delicious, chips and fritter were perfectly fresh - I will dream sweet hot honey dreams tonight.

Great Red Rooster, always good hot food, one time I went the chips were cold, told the staff and they promptly gave us some fresh chips. Staff are always nice too.

Poor customer service. We were the only people in the restaurant and it took them ages to serve us. The food was nice but I would have expected more for the money we spent. Feeding a family of 6 isn't cheep and when you go out for a treat night I expect more for my money and better service. The utilities there were unfortunately quite disapointing. The toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while.

The place is untidy you cant read the menu for the Drive through as its been punched and damaged windows covered in what looked like ice cream days old filthy in general and staff were discourteous and unhelpful. My meal was just thrown into the takeaway box like you would serve it to an animal. Never again.
