Was given the wrong pickup address on my card and then was told DC was open 8-2pm from pakenham post office, so by the time i could actually go pick up my package (saturday) i go and find that DC is not open. How am i supposed to pick up my parcel if this place is only open week days during work hours... some people have jobs. Have now wasted 2 trips trying to get this package.. just leave it at my door as was requested.

Aus Post refuses to deliver any parcel to our street with great access and safe leaving places. MOST end up at Pakenham PO which is difficult to get to in business hours but not impossible. Parcels occasionally end up at Pakenham DC with terrible opening times. FIX THE TIMES so people can pick up items, PAY YOUR POOR STAFF MORE who have to deal with Aus Post failing to deliver a service.I'm driving 35min to do your job.
