We have used this service a few times and they always did a great job however I noticed this time that there were different staff. The price had gone up by almost $50 and they did basically nothing to clean the interior. windows were still dirty and there was residue on the leather seats. Lots of spots were not vaccumed at all. The exterior was also not a great clean. I wouldn't recommend. For $129 it is an absolute rip-off.

The price on the website is almost half to what is being charged at the Toowoomba site. I paid $115 (Premium wash SUV) today and the rubber mats are still dirty as well as the front of the bonnet. Feel ripped off. Sorry I won’t visit again.

Terrible job done, bad mannered staff. Made excuses and charged full price. My husband had to clean the roof off among other things before we left. Would never go back after this experience.

I'm very disappointed. I paid $109 for the so called 'Premium wash' which is supposed to include a 'complete interior vacuum' and my carpets are still dirty.

Would not use this service again. Booked my car in for a premium wash. Paid $109 and will basically need to clean the inside of the car myself as it was barely touched. Still dirt and dust right through my car.If you don't want to do a proper job - that someone is paying you a lot of money for - I suggest you find something else to do.Just lazy.

Booked in for a detail and wash online and paid small deposit. Turned up to be told that the online prices are incorrect and that it would be about $60-100 more for a similar service (actually inferior wash) and that there probably was not enough time for it to be done anyway. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
