Very poor service I received from Skoda dealer. Both Skoda Australia and Alto Skoda has such a poor service. My car is completely dirty and they said they have done the vaccum inside the car. Also, I received two scratch’s in return of the service.

Working together with Lee (and Byron!) at Pennant Hills Skoda has been fantastic. We had some unfavourable experiences with another Skoda dealer but loved the car and so contacted Pennant Hills Skoda with some hesitation. From initial contact through to vehicle delivery, Lee really made the process so easy for us. Excellent communication throughout - no 'silly' question of ours was too silly! And he was able to get delivery in time for Christmas - fantastic service and we would absolutely recommend Skoda Pennant Hills. Byron was absolutely amazing. From the minute we walked in he stood out from many other dealerships we visited. He was incredibly knowledgeable and shared loads of detail about the two models we were interested in. He wasn't pushy at all which is what we had found at other dealers. We took a long test drive in the Kodiak which again he was so helpful pointing out features and patient as we took our time trialing it on all types of roads. We decided on a Karoq and although he is a tough negotiator we came to a good conclusion that everyone was happy with - we really felt he was on our side and did everything he could do get us the best deal. Byron was VERY patient as we made the decision to purchase. He managed to get one in stock and we received our new car the very next day. He even loaned us a car for the 24hrs we were down to 1 car for 2 of us. We love our new Karoq. It’s got so many features and is a dream to drive. We had only been in the country a few days and really needed someone to carefully guide us through the process of buying a car. Thankfully we found Peter at Alto Skoda Pennant Hills.Peter took the time to get to know us and to understand what we really needed from our new car. Car service from Skoda Pennant Hills is terrible. Been using them for 8+ years. I cannot believe I didn’t stay away from them sooner. Their after sale car service is bad, bad and bad. Some examples: 1) Engine oil leaks after regular services due to caps not sealed properly. I had to go back a few days after. This happened twice even i complained. 2) Major services done but necessary fluids were not flushed or topped up. cabin filters they claimed but they didn’t. 3) A spark coil was broken. They should replace 4 but just did 1. You guessed it, another one failed right after. 4) they overcharge (scam) you for everything. Like tires they charge you for F1 tires but give you rubbish ones. For price of 2 tires, you could replace all from Costco or other tire services.Please stay away from them when your car is out of warranty. Don’t be like me believing they care about your car because you bought from them. They don’t and they are not trustworthy.

Greg and Peter were very polite and easy to get along with. It made the experience pleasing. I’d certainly recommend speaking with them if you’re seeking a Skoda in Sydney.
