I just arrived home from KFC Albany Creek to find my order short of a chicken piece. This is supposed to be 6 wicked wings. This is the second this has happened to me at this store. This is disrespectful and disgraceful.

Went into store tonight at 6 pm ... and what a greeting....NONE !!girl serving us didn't even say hi. Took our order not a smile on her face... then when she completed our order just dumped it on the counter without a word . No they you go here's your order" NOTHING!! funny thing is we were the only ones in the store so she was not under the pump.You could tell she didn't want to be there. Not good customer service at all."

Definitely lost its way since Phil left. Standards have fallen, food and chicken is chewy despite it coming out of the fresh cabinet. Back in the day, staff were trained in making meals more cost effective. staff appear to have no problems solving skills from cashier. Didn't understand to make a bbq bacon and cheese. Just add bbq sauce to a bacon and cheese. It's not rocket science. Chips were cold. And had to repeat order 5 times and still wrong when at the window. Manager was standing around talking and other manager was making burgers and also talking. Get your jobs right first then have a gasbag.

This store is frequently short of stock or provide the incorrect items if those items are in the bag at all. Tonight we used the App to order and then had a 40 min wait for our meal. This store is consistently hopeless.

I put through an order at 9.28pm 32 minutes before they closed. Got a message at 10pm to say it was cancelled even though the estimated delivery was 10.04. Called to see what happened and was told that a driver had picked it up already at 9.15. I explained I had only put the order through at 9.28 so its not possible and she was looking at the wrong order. She kept lying and telling me that it was ubers fault because the driver had already picked it up. Even though I could see on the app that the driver wasn't even there yet when it got cancelled. I get it if an order came through at 9.55pm when they were closing to cancel it. But it had been accepted for 32 minutes. I just got out of hospital from being in a car accident. Waited half an hour when i only live 5 minutes away. And then was continuously and obviously lied to. I managed a KFC for a couple years. And I now manage a restaurant. I understand their side of it and that wasnt acceptable. Horrible experience. Manager on who answered needs to be told the correct procedure on how to handle these things instead of lying.

I used to rate this KFC a 4 star, but down to a 1.I have been here several times over the past few months and they don't have chicken! What?! Isn't that in your name?So last night my order was incorrect and I found a piece of plastic in my chicken.Let me know how you're going to do better and I'll look to revise my rating.

I have been going to the restaurant on and off for over 15 years now and this place has continually gone downhill.On average I wait 20 minutes for them to get my food, despite the restaurant being empty, only for them to get it wrong over 50% of the time. Even after taking it back to get it fixed they get it wrong again. Overall the staff show NPC levels of care. This place also thinks it's a good idea to stop making zinger chicken after 6pm.

Food was great. We ate at approx 2:30pm and the seats were all stacked up and had limited places to eat. Apart from that no further issues really.

My daughter and I both ordered the meal boxes with burgers chicken chips and gravy only to both get 3 lots of gravy NO CHIPS IN BOTH ODERS THEY NEVER GET IT RIGHT AT ALBANY CREEK
