The Eko team is second to none in the market. From first contact to after installation follow up to make sure everything runs smoothly, everyone in the team was polite, honest and the whole process was transparent. There are a lot of solar businesses out there and it is hard to find the ones who deliver quality and care about their customers years after the sales but Eko is certainly one of them. The system produces heaps of electricity to a point that we get money back. Would always and will go back to Eko if we extend our system and get a battery.

Seth Booth from Eko Energy was extremely helpful and provided professional insights on my queries, beyond what I would have expected in his role as a Consultant. I would highly recommend him to any prospective enquirers.

We had done a bit of shopping around before picking Eko but at first contact we just felt confident that they knew what they were doing. Kez was very patient answering my many many questions until we made up our mind to go ahead. From that point we were told what to expect in the process up to installation however they delivered in a much shorter timeframe than promised and we now have an awesome solar system that is producing great benefits even in winter!If people are thinking about choosing a solar company then I'd definitely recommend eko

We chose Eko Energy as they were recommended by our local council through the Solar Savers Program. We were fearful of 'solar cowboys' that are flooding the market and felt reassured having council recommendation.We got several quotes and the Eko quote was competitive, and the sales person was great during the sale/sign up process. Once we signed up, it all went down hill.The information about the process and what to expect was vague and unclear. The installation itself was fine, no issues, but the sub-contractors were messy and left scraps and wire across the yard and in the roof gutters.After not hearing from Eko at all after the installation, I followed up and was told they were waiting for the Certificate of Electrical Safety to be sent to them. I waited several more weeks, with a few follow up emails in between and was told they were still waiting for the CES.In the end I contacted the sub-contracted installer directly to follow up the CES myself. It had been sent to Eko, only days after the installation, yet Eko had told me they didn't have it.I am still waiting for my solar to be connected to the grid and for the CES to be sent to my energy provider. It's been 4 weeks since Eko received the CES.I really hope there are no issues with the solar down the track because the experience of their customer service so far, leaves me very concerned for any future customer service needs.All round a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I would not recommend. I will also be contacting council to inform them of the sub-par customer service and negative experience with Eko Energy.

I was considering many options but very happy with Eko energy. They knew what I needed and didn’t try and sell me the most expensive system.The installer was well informed and only a small hiccup with the monitoring which was resolved very quickly by the customer service team.

The inital quote and communication was great. Finance pe-approval" very quick.That's when it all went down hill. 2 months later

Ordered solar panels and waited some time for installation, but understood it may take time due to Covid. Finally had panels installed day before last Melbourne lockdown. Still waiting for job to be completed and connection activated. Numerous calls and emails to Eko Energy. Each time another excuse....installer is sick ....installers child is sick. Still waiting with promise for maybe next week to finish the job. Who knows. Job partially done and they seem to have dropped the ball. It’s now up to us to chase them. Not good enough Eko Energy
