Easy enough to access but parking is a competition with everyone else accessing the local shops.Toilets at the station (on platform) are very old and could do with a renovation.

People are extremely nice here, but this station needs a complete refurb and the bus bays are absolutely terrible. It's not even close to the Glen.

The station staff, the booth attendants in particular, are incredibly rude and condescending. I understand that myki is the epitome of awful, and you're only doing your job, but I've witnessed the staff speak down to customers and straight up berate them. We are not children.

Probably one of the most family friendly suburbs of the entire Victoria. Nice and quiet, with low crime, great schools and heaps of places to eat. Would recommend to tourists for a change in pace.

Staff are really nice and most of the station is a great place. The station platforms need to be redone though, especially where you wait while the trains are arriving. And some of the buildings are old and need to be redone. Also it should be more undercover, so when its pouring, you wont get wet while you wait for the trains to come. I also think this needs to be grade seporated and to be put underground, as mentioned numerous times by the council. Sinukar to some of the ones on the Frankston line.

Good location. Sometimes office staff are not quite attentive even if they see customers waiting. Myki machines have not been updated yet, still have to wipe your card to touch on/off

Useless for parking - 100 spots before 7 maybe. All parkibg next to station built for shoppers (3P - not enough time to even see a movie) - multi-story parking sitting EMPTY. Sure way for discouraging public transport. And now the glen is preventing parking before 9am.

Simply just a great train station. Have never ran into any trouble using their service. Trains arrive right on time which ensures you are never late and allows you to plan your day to the exact minute. Staff are also very friendly and helpful !
