Coffee was great and service was respectful. However for being 1 of 3 tables in the cafe, we waited 45 minutes for the food. Upon receiving the food, the chicken was raw on both orders of souvlaki and roast potatoes on a third meal (Potato and chorizo hash) was under cooked and cold upon service. They did not charge for the meals with raw chicken, so for that I would suggest going for coffee but not the food.

Honestly we are local and we were so excited to try this cafe out. I have been 3 times now always giving it another chance but we wont be back,.Today i had the smashed avo for breakfast with a side of mushrooms and a chai latte. The latte was great but the food is so bad. I sent the food back the first time because they forgot the mushrooms and didnt cook the eggs a requested. When it came back the second time the toast was soggy, the mushrooms swimming in oil, the eggs not cooked correctly and everything tasted like aniseed and it had no flavour. Previosly i have orderd the zucchini fritters take away and when i opened the box up at home they where clearly burnt and dripping oil. If you need a coffee this place is fine but avoid the food, have yet to have anything i enjoyed unfortunately.( Also to reply to the comment below the lady at the register asked how the meal was i said i didnt enjoy it to which she had no response and she could see i left most of it on the plate. They need a new chef.)

My neigbour had recommand this restaurant and I decided to go support the local business.I had lunch here this afternoon. I must say, I didnt love it.Upon arrival, I was greeted by the waitress. I was expecting her to lead me to a table. Nope, she just turned around and went back to the back of the counter. I was standing there and had to sort myself out.I took a seat at Table 6, found the menu, went up to the counter to order the Mix Souvlaki Plate and a Small Flat White.Took 10 mins for the coffee to arrive. Coffee was ok, nothing to like or not like about.Foods arrived in another 4-5 mins. The waitress just put the plate on my table and walked away. There was no fork or knife whatsoever. I looked around, other tables have a bucket of forks and knives. Fine, I sorted myself out by grabbing the fork and knife I needed from other table.The Chicken and Lamb was under seasoned - plain. It was like the chef forgot to put salt onto the foods.Finished my foods and decided to go.I was not being offer any water to drink.The restaurant wasn't busy at all during the time I was at the restaurant. There was barely any customers at the restaurant may be 5 in total.I would say the waitress was friendly, but not attentive at all. Overall, very disappointed dining experience.

I had the lasagna from there and it was terrible. No flavour at all. It was very bland, waited 20 minutes for it to be ready to end up being thrown away. It was like they cooked the mince but didn’t add any tomato sauce or other spices. Was terrible. Customer survive was wonderful. They where very pleasant. Girl at front counter was lovelyUPDATE: given that I only had half hour lunch break and it took 20 minute for my order I had no time to return my food as I needed to get back to work.

One of the worst breakfasts I’ve ever had. Toast hard as a rock with no spread, $6 for avo (a tablespoon portion at best), $4 for mushrooms (literally 5 barely sautéed mushrooms) but the highlight had to be the unknown bug mixed into the tiny portion of spinach. Staff didn’t seem too fussed about it which was pretty concerning. Can’t say I’ll be back.

Would love to come here again! Glad we found this establishment in Dandenong, perfect for weekend brunch. Great food & great coffee, i had the vegetarian fritters & my husband had the baked eggs or shakshuka as they call it. The space is huge & can accommodate a family brunch or lunch.

First time visiting this cafe, and I have to say- the young lady that greeted me was an absolute blessing. Ordering was seamless, and the coffee was smooth and gave me that caffeine hit I was craving.It's been a while since I've seen a barista exude such joy in her role. I will definitely be coming back here.Coffee Roaster is unknown.
