In December, I found out I had Endometriosis. Since then, I've been focusing on my health and feeling good. In January, my partner and I checked out different gyms in the city, and we ended up choosing EFM South Terrace.I needed personalized training because of my condition, and Ryan was really helpful when I told him about it. Since I had trouble moving around and couldn't do a lot of the exercises on the gym board, Ryan gave me a special training and stretching plan to help me. It made my life much easier while I was waiting for my surgery. I'm really thankful to have trainers like Ryan, Shannon, and Damian who care about me and my health.After going to the gym for a few months, I could feel that my body was getting stronger. I had my surgery and the recovery went really well. Now I'm back at the gym and ready to keep working on my health journey.

Mick at efm south tce is a great motivator and every gym session is different. Not only do we work out hard, getting up a real sweat, we have a lot of fun with plenty of laughs.
