Came in last year to purchase a new car, and looking for the best deal. To trade in my car as well.I asked to do a check on my car, to see what they will take it for.The sales person I dealt with was great however the owner was extremely rude.And said unless you want to do a deal, today then there is no point in giving you the price for your car.Even the sales person apologised to me about his boss.( Warning Very manipulative sales tactics are used )Would not recommend shopping here, went to Kia south morang instead got a great deal bought a new cereto and left an outstanding review for the sales person I felt with.

Just finalised the purchase of a new Santa Fe Highlander Hybrid EV. I had the absolutely best new car buying experience. Elise was an outstanding sales person, nothing was too difficult for her, even with my most difficult requests. Elise was always happy to oblige with a smile. There was none of the usual car salesperson's pressure, always very nice and courteous. Margaret was a delight to listen to her explanations about the protective coatings she was offering. I went to Hyundai at Doncaster back in January and on arrival I met Allan Li. He was extremely welcoming as was the rest of the team. I spoke with Allen about a i30n Premium, and he let me take one for a drive. I came back and ordered my new 2023 i30 with him. He was up front about the car taking potentially 12 months to arrive and I was more than fine with that. Well 3 months later and I have just picked up my new car. Allen found the car in the spec that I ordered that someone else had pulled out of and he offered it to me instantly. I am over the moon with how well I was treated by everyone at the dealership but more so with Allans commitment to me, I felt that he went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy and how could I not be?
