I attend Red Salon regularly. My experience is quite the opposite. They are incredibly friendly and helpful and attentive to detail. I'm quite fussy but wouldn't go elsewhere.

I've had bad experiences before, but never quite like this one. The stylist was drunk and/or high! She gave the consultation with her arms crossed, did not offer a refreshment or even wash my hair. Absolute mess....WILL NEVER RETURN! There are PLENTY of decent salons in the area, this IS NOT one of them!
