A big thank you to David and Amanda who looked after us so well and showed great patience with my taking sample after sample and laying them on the floor to inspect. Although never pushy David was there to answer all questions and to give advice when asked, plus thought of things to help us decide if said carpets suited our needs.It was all completed in a very professionsal but friendly manner and when we changed our minds about certain things the following day, once again David did all he could to make it easy for us.We have no hesitation in recommending Carpet Court at Narellan and David in particular. In fact we fully intend going back there to do more business once our new home is sorted out but more than happy with the carpets already laid in our bedrooms.The Lady and Gent who installed them did a grand job and cleaned up after themselves and again were professional but nice and friendly.they did a few extra small jobs for us as well, so more than happy.Sincere thanks to all of them. Very happy with quality of product. The service instore was very professional. Amanda and David assisted us with our needs and wants. The time frame of service was very quick and worked around us. The professionalism and quality of service we received from the 2 lovely gentleman who laid our floors was awesome and done perfectly.

I certainly cant say we received bad service, but ultimately we got the impression they really weren't concerned whether they got our business or not. Which worked out great for us - I went to a competitor and saved money on a superior product

We were very happy with the results when we purchased Vinyl Plank flooring for our kitchen / family room from Narellan Carpet Court.Dave the person who did the work in our house was great and the girls in the office were helpful too.The price seemed very reasonable for what ended up being a lot of work.

Cannot fault the service from Carpet Court.Salesman, David, was friendly and informative and arranged for multiple samples to arrive at our house during the quote. Fantastic idea as I ended up choosing a different shade to what I originally wanted!The installer, Brad, was efficient and an all round good bloke too.Amanda from Sales was very organized and informative. She clearly outlined the process and payment schedule which made for a smooth transaction.Thank you, Carpet Court!!

Narellan Carpet Court are exceptionally quick in all of their correspondance. From the initial quote right through to installation all of their internal staff and installers are helpful, knowledgeable and go the extra mile to ensure all of our projects are delivered on time and to an exceptional standard. I would happily recommend their services.
