I cannot thank you enough for the care and concern when my pet had to come and have surgery, after hours, after a vicious dog attack. I was fortunate to not have suffered anything more than anxiety as the outcome could have been very different. He cannot wait to remove the lampshade! Thank you sincerely

Called here for after hours care. They helped alot. Was 3am and got an answer almost straight away. Called later that day and still very helpful. Ended up taking our cat in and they checked him over and gave good advice.Super pleased with the people here.Thanks Chris for your help.

Took our Shelby in yesterday after she was attacked by a bigger dog on the beach and they took her straight in a checked her out.. she then needed surgery and they did that straight away too.. luckily it wasn't too serious but they kept her overnight for observation.. The staff there are absolutely amazing and took such good care of our little one.. we can't thank them enough.. I recommend these guys to take care of your pets if they need looking after..Big thanks from my wife and I and Shelby

I had to take my 15 yo dog in to be put down recently. It was a traumatic time for my family as it is all families faced with this. While the process was handled well by the staff with my prescence throughout I thought is was a bit insensitive to hear laughing and gigling from the adjacent room. Some sensitivity from staff when this procedure is occuring would be appreciated and I was left with a less than acceptable experience of a sad event. Certainly not the gold standard advertised in my opinion. You can do better than this.
