Martin is a very personable gentleman and goes out of his way to assist and advise regarding purchasing a mobility scooter. Martin is prompt in returning phone calls and goes out of his way to resolve any issues. Daniel delivers the scooters and is a joy to deal with. Always ready for a chat and is a delightful young man.

After waiting three weeks for a different scooter repair I called Freedom mobility scooters and within two hours Daniel had my scooter on board the van, and my scooter is now superbly repaired and back home in such a short time frame I’m amazed. The two guys I had dealings with are so respectful and mindful of how to treat an elder I’m amazed. Then I found the cost so reasonable it shocked me! I'm an NDIS participant who recently received one of your Voyager scooters. Wanted to personally thank you for going above & beyond to assist me whilst liaising with a family member. You provided a high level of professionalism & great customer service in a timely manner.Also like to extend a special thank you to Daniel he was a pleasure to deal with, friendly, professional, happy, courteous & most helpful. It's refreshing to deal with a company who obviously looks after their customers with respect.

My husband is a double amputee. Since losing his legs, he had been very limited with his travels outdoors, with his electric wheelchair. He has never felt secure. This is how it’s been since surgery approx 2 years ago, & there hasn’t been much joy in his life.Two days ago, we purchased a Freedom Comet Mobility Scooter. He hasn’t stopped smiling since.Finally he feels secure, has more than enough power to get him up the hills & inclines of our village, & is exactly what he’s been looking for. It’s small, compact & sturdy. I can’t keep him at home.Martin & Russell, thank you.

We were extremely impressed with the assistance and the care that Martin showed to us for such a large purchase that gave my brother his freedom. He was honest and didn't push us towards the most expensive option from the get go. He educated us as to which mobility scooter would suit him best and also showed us how best to maintain the scooter. He offers advice whenever needed and shows a real passion that proves that he genuinely cares for the people he interacts with. I would recommend everyone who is in need for a mobility scooter to give them a call as soon as you start looking as the service was outstanding.
