The staff are wonderful, always kind caring for my lovelies and they are honest individuals, the staff likes to make sure they answer all my questions I have and treat me very respectfully. The price might be big sometimes depending on what tests you need to get always check if it's necessary to do the other tests before going ahead with it. My cats are worth the amount I pay, it's not a free service, it's a business but with care and excellent customer service from the secretary ladies. It's a small vet clinic that's cute, the only thing is if they sold more products for cats or kittens like outfits and variety of shampoo and conditioners little beds for cats I would definitely have bought the one of each most times! I like spoiling my cats! They are my world now after I lost my parents taken away deceased I only have my lovely friends and cats as addition to my family.❤ it's a relief that the vet is so close to home too! Great location!

I took a sick kitten to this vet with very poor results. The woman on reception was rude from the get-go and wilfully ignored clients in front of her desk. The vet used a lot of jargon and mumbled several times rather than discussing the kittens issue with me. He then reported he needed antibiotics but they had none onsite (none of the most common antibiotics!) and wouldn't order until next week; they would be ready to pick up after a week IF their supplier had stock. The vet did not offer any alternatives to the wait for medication. He also requested the kitten was booked next week to get a second vaccination 'when he was feeling better', but how would he feel better if we had no medication for over a week?Finally, the receptionist was again rude and didn't seem to know what the payment for the consultation would be or how to bill this.Overall, the visit was an awful waste of time and a very stressful experience for an already sick kitten whose flu can get exacerbated by stress. I had to rebook at another vet who had the required medication. I would not recommend Pound Rd Vet Clinic to anyone.

I think we found our new Vet.Dr Phillip and team were fantastic with helping us with an urgent visit. Dr Phillip was really knowledgeable and kind.It's a bit sad to say, but after a bunch of bad experiences with other vet clinics in the area I was a bit shocked when we didn't get up-sold or price gouged by this clinic. Our pupper got great urgent care at a really reasonable price.A big thanks to Phillip and the lovely staff there.

Thank you for being open on Sunday! It's really hard to fit in a vet appointment during normal business hours, and your practice being open is a godsend!In any case, Phil saw us straight away and was super lovely and knowledgeable. Thanks again!

Phil is just awesome.. caring and compassionate. You can tell he just loves and cares for animals . Mr Kane and myself are so grateful for his expertise and caring . My dog is pretty ill . He rang at 9 in the morning just to see how he was. thank you so much

I've been going here with my pets for over 20 years. All the staff are fantastic. I wouldn't trust my pets with anyone else.

I am just so grateful for this amazing clinic. I was far from home and my normal vet when my little senior chihuahua crashed. I thought she was going to pass and in my panic I found this clinic. It was during the non appointment period and I was hysterical. The owner of the clinic launched into action and saved my little girl. She is coming towards the end of her time but he has given me more time to cherish with her. They could have turned me away to an emergency clinic and i likey would have lost her trying to find it but they went above and beyond. I have to call out the nurse on duty Dianna who was so kind and calming while I was a wreck. She was just amazing.If you need a good vet clinic, one that really cares about what they do then I would highly recommend.Thank you again team, I just don’t have the words to express how grateful I am
