This is my first time to come to this branch, the experience is not very good, coffee is good, some waiters are very kind and patient, but the waiter served the wrong food, the first time was wrong, I told her what I ordered, but I feel like she didn't understand what was in the meal, and I told her I ordered fried eggs instead of pouch eggs and I add on avocado slices on my order, But the second meal was still wrong, only added avocado slices in the last one, I asked for a refund, but she returned the wrong money, the price of an egg on toast was 13 dollars, plus an avocado slice, total was 18 dollars, but she returned 9.8 dollars, I was happy to wait for the new one but I was in a hurry, but I don’t have enough time to wait for her to cook another meal. So I choose to refund, I hope they can do better.

Absolutely disgusting and unhygienic barista! Went in for a small takeaway coffee and I could see her doing other coffees. She wasn’t even purging her wand after doing milk and was only wiping it for a second. So disgusting I’m a barista myself and that’s not on. I asked for a refund because she hadn’t made it yet and they turned me down so It got chucked in the bin. Coffee club as always being unhygienic

Always prompt service and somewhere to sit inside or dine alfresco. Delicious iced chocolate drink topped with cream and ice-cream. A tasty Caesers Salad too. A wide range of light and healthy food choices.

The coffee was delicious. The big breakfast was filling. Thr poached eggs were a little vinegary but overall it was hot, fresh and enjoyable.

I ordered chips here on Wednesday 13/10 served by a trainee which was cool she’s learning. I was charged $7.9 for chips when advertised on their menu as $6. If you’re going to put a menu with the wrong price, might as well not put it on at all. The senior staff who tried to resolved the issue just said “we can make it a large” no explanation to why I was over charged. The floor boy who gave me my coffee sounded like he didn’t want to be there. The coffee itself was disgusting, grounds in the coffee, cold and very bitter. Utterly disgusted with the service here. Please have better training for your staff.

We went to the cafe at 12:38, the girl told us take away order only because the cafe will be closed soon. Very limited choice because runout lots of ingredients. It took about 35 mins for a simple chicken Club sandwich.This is the first bad experience ever that we had with TCC.
