The customer service here is absolutely fantastic, I’m not too good at remembering names so unfortunately I can’t give any shout outs.The products here are good quality although a little pricey.Overall extremely happy and will be going back for my workwear, also despite what another review said I was not offered any freebies for my review.

Any 5 star rating you see that doesn't have a comment associated with it or suspciously mentions the name 'Sonya' is most likely derived at the store itself, using the lure of free products if the customer will give the store 5 stars after their purchase! Heard it firsthand myself.As this is a dishonest method of gaining a good online reputation, I will give my single star review to balance this pathetic new age struggle to gain the upper hand illegitimately.

A large majority of these reviews are fake. I heard it first hand in-store that a 5 star review gives you a free pair of work socks.The store and service are actually mediocre and extremely disingenuine.

I have browsed in store a couple of times, the only reason they have all 5 star reviews is because you get free work socks if you give a 5 star review and leave a nice message. Sonja clearly tells the customers to write a nice comment about her to get the free socks. Honestly service is standard, was there last Saturday around 1pm and older lady working the floor was rude.
